Commitment to Engagement

Taylor Wimpey Central London are committed to working with the local community throughout the construction works on Bernard Morgan House. The following will be in operation to keep local residents up to date whilst works are taking place:

• Weekly update emails
• Construction newsletters; the latest edition of the newsletter issued to residents in March 2019 can be viewed here.
• Monthly Neighbourhood Construction Liaison Group meetings

Weekly Update Emails

We send out weekly update emails to keep local residents up to date on upcoming works taking place on the site. 

A  newsletter with more detailed information on the upcoming works is also distributed to over 1,500 local residents.

Neighbourhood Construction Liaison Group

Thank you to everyone who attended the most recent construction meeting in February 2019.

The next meeting will be taking place on Monday 25th March 2019 in the dining hall at Tudor Rose Court, 35 Fann Street EC2Y 8DY. 

Considerate Constructors Scheme

The site will be registered with the national Considerate Constructors Scheme. As part of this initiative, we will keep in regular contact with our neighbours, provide regular updates on progress, inspect the site hoardings regularly and keep the appearance of the site clean and tidy.
